Before You Apply

Before completing your application, contact ProQuity to confirm current availability, pricing, pets, move-in timing, and property details. Call 715.255.0425 or email info@proquitymanagement.com with questions.

How to Apply

Steps

Each adult age 18 or older must submit a separate application. A non-refundable application fee of $50 per adult is required. Download and complete the PDF, then email it to info@proquitymanagement.com or upload it using the form below. Contact ProQuity for application-fee payment instructions.

2. Fill out the application completely.

3. Submit the completed PDF in one of two ways:
– Email it to info@proquitymanagement.com
– Upload it using the application submission form on this page.
